Key Responsibilities
As a Business Development Manager, you will be pivotal in expanding our outreach and impact by forging new partnerships, identifying growth opportunities, and increasing course enrollments. Your responsibilities will include:
· Strategic Growth & Planning: Develop and execute growth strategies to enhance market reach for our training courses and professional certifications.
· Market Research & Analysis: Conduct research to identify new market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, helping to refine our offerings to meet market demands.
· Lead Generation & Partnerships: Identify and connect with potential clients and partners, such as colleges, corporations, and government organizations, to foster collaborations and expand Omnilearn's presence.
· Sales & Relationship Management: Engage with prospective clients, understand their training needs, deliver compelling presentations, and tailor solutions to match requirements.
· Marketing Coordination: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement campaigns, including email marketing, social media engagement, webinars, and promotional events.
· Target Achievement: Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, contributing to the company's overall revenue goals.
· Customer Experience: Ensure customer satisfaction by gathering feedback post-training and making recommendations for improvements.
Education & Experience
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
· Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, ideally within the education or e-learning sector
· Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets

· Sales & Negotiation Skills: Expertise in selling training services, with strong negotiation skills and a consultative approach to client interactions

· Tech Savvy: Familiar with CRM software, MS Office Suite, and understanding of digital marketing channels is a plus
