Key Responsibilities
As a Business Development Manager, you will be pivotal in expanding our outreach and impact by forging new partnerships, identifying growth opportunities, and increasing course enrollments. Your responsibilities will include:
Β·Β Strategic Growth & Planning:Β Develop and execute growth strategies to enhance market reach for our training courses and professional certifications.
Β·Β Market Research & Analysis:Β Conduct research to identify new market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, helping to refine our offerings to meet market demands.
Β·Β Lead Generation & Partnerships:Β Identify and connect with potential clients and partners, such as colleges, corporations, and government organizations, to foster collaborations and expand Omnilearn's presence.
Β·Β Sales & Relationship Management:Β Engage with prospective clients, understand their training needs, deliver compelling presentations, and tailor solutions to match requirements.
Β·Β Marketing Coordination:Β Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement campaigns, including email marketing, social media engagement, webinars, and promotional events.
Β·Β Target Achievement:Β Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, contributing to the company's overall revenue goals.
Β·Β Customer Experience:Β Ensure customer satisfaction by gathering feedback post-training and making recommendations for improvements.
Education & Experience
Β· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Β· Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, ideally within the education or e-learning sector
Β· Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Key Skills
Β· Sales & Negotiation Skills: Expertise in selling training services, with strong negotiation skills and a consultative approach to client interactions
Β· Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain rapport with clients and partners
Β· Market Insight: Proficient in market research, trend analysis, and the ability to apply insights to strategy
Β· Presentation & Communication Skills: Ability to articulate complex concepts in an accessible and persuasive manner, both in person and through digital channels
Β· Analytical Mindset: Proficient in using data to inform decisions and assess performance metrics
Β· Tech Savvy: Familiar with CRM software, MS Office Suite, and understanding of digital marketing channels is a plus
