Key Responsibilities
As a Business Development Manager, you will be pivotal in expanding our outreach and impact by forging new partnerships, identifying growth opportunities, and increasing course enrollments. Your responsibilities will include:
Ā·Ā Strategic Growth & Planning:Ā Develop and execute growth strategies to enhance market reach for our training courses and professional certifications.
Ā·Ā Market Research & Analysis:Ā Conduct research to identify new market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, helping to refine our offerings to meet market demands.
Ā·Ā Lead Generation & Partnerships:Ā Identify and connect with potential clients and partners, such as colleges, corporations, and government organizations, to foster collaborations and expand Omnilearn's presence.
Ā·Ā Sales & Relationship Management:Ā Engage with prospective clients, understand their training needs, deliver compelling presentations, and tailor solutions to match requirements.
Ā·Ā Marketing Coordination:Ā Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement campaigns, including email marketing, social media engagement, webinars, and promotional events.
Ā·Ā Target Achievement:Ā Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, contributing to the company's overall revenue goals.
Ā·Ā Customer Experience:Ā Ensure customer satisfaction by gathering feedback post-training and making recommendations for improvements.
Education & Experience
Ā· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field
Ā· Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, ideally within the education or e-learning sector
Ā· Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Key Skills
Ā· Sales & Negotiation Skills: Expertise in selling training services, with strong negotiation skills and a consultative approach to client interactions
Ā· Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain rapport with clients and partners
Ā· Market Insight: Proficient in market research, trend analysis, and the ability to apply insights to strategy
Ā· Presentation & Communication Skills: Ability to articulate complex concepts in an accessible and persuasive manner, both in person and through digital channels
Ā· Analytical Mindset: Proficient in using data to inform decisions and assess performance metrics
Ā· Tech Savvy: Familiar with CRM software, MS Office Suite, and understanding of digital marketing channels is a plus
