Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Training:
    Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for professionals, corporate teams, and university students on project management methodologies, tools, and certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, PRINCE2).
    Record Videos for self-paced E-learning training option.

    • Customize training content to suit different audiences, including beginners, advanced professionals, and industry-specific groups.

  • Curriculum Development:

    • Design, develop, and continuously update training materials, presentations, and resources based on industry standards and client needs.

    • Incorporate real-world examples, case studies, and practical exercises to enhance learning outcomes.

  • Assessment and Feedback:

    • Create and administer assessments to measure participants' understanding of the content.

    • Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help participants improve their project management skills.

  • Stay Updated:

    • Keep up with the latest trends, tools, and certifications in project management to ensure the training programs remain current and relevant.

  • Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the content development team and stakeholders to align training programs with business goals.

    • Engage with clients to understand their specific requirements and adapt training accordingly.

  • Mentorship and Support:

    • Offer post-training support, mentoring participants through their project management challenges.

    • Guide participants in preparing for certification exams like PMP, PRINCE2, and Agile.

Education & Experience

     Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.

  • Certification in recognized project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master) is mandatory.

    Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on project management experience in industries like IT, construction, manufacturing, or consulting.

  • Proven experience in delivering corporate training or academic teaching on project management.

Key Skills

  • In-depth knowledge of project management frameworks (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Lean, Kanban).

  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana).

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to explain complex concepts.

  • Expertise in instructional design and adult learning principles.

  • Ability to engage diverse audiences effectively and adapt teaching methods.
