Key Responsibilities
Deliver Training:
Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for professionals, corporate teams, and university students on project management methodologies, tools, and certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, PRINCE2).
Record Videos for self-paced E-learning training option.Customize training content to suit different audiences, including beginners, advanced professionals, and industry-specific groups.
Curriculum Development:
Design, develop, and continuously update training materials, presentations, and resources based on industry standards and client needs.
Incorporate real-world examples, case studies, and practical exercises to enhance learning outcomes.
Assessment and Feedback:
Create and administer assessments to measure participants' understanding of the content.
Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help participants improve their project management skills.
Stay Updated:
Keep up with the latest trends, tools, and certifications in project management to ensure the training programs remain current and relevant.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the content development team and stakeholders to align training programs with business goals.
Engage with clients to understand their specific requirements and adapt training accordingly.
Mentorship and Support:
Offer post-training support, mentoring participants through their project management challenges.
Guide participants in preparing for certification exams like PMP, PRINCE2, and Agile.
Education & Experience
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
Certification in recognized project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master) is mandatory.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of hands-on project management experience in industries like IT, construction, manufacturing, or consulting.
Proven experience in delivering corporate training or academic teaching on project management.
Key Skills
In-depth knowledge of project management frameworks (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Lean, Kanban).
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana).
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to explain complex concepts.
Expertise in instructional design and adult learning principles.
Ability to engage diverse audiences effectively and adapt teaching methods.
